Twenty One Pilots to perform on Saturday Night Live
Exciting news guys! Twenty One Pilots have recently announced they will be the musical guests on the October 8 episode of Saturday Night Live.
“On October 8th your band takes the most famous stage in television. incredibly honored” – they said on Twitter
The episode will be hosted by Lin-Manuel Miranda, creator and former star of the blockbuster Broadway musical Hamilton.

The duo has performed on late night national television before, including a performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. However, this will be the first time that they take to the SNL stage.
Twenty One Pilots recently made history by becoming the first alternative group ever with two simultaneous singles in the top five on the Billboard Hot 100 – “Ride,” from their multi-platinum studio album “Blurryface,” and “Heathens”.
Saturday Night Live returns October 1 with host Margot Robbie and musical guest The Weekend.
